Shipping policy

Dozvilo currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States. Standard shipping is free for this product.

Our fulfillment partner normally needs 1–3 business days to process an order. After dispatch, estimated US transit time is 7–20 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier, customs, weather, holiday, and remote-area delays may occur. We will send tracking information when it becomes available.

This product is fulfilled by our partner in China. Please check your shipping address before placing an order. To correct an address or cancel an order, email support@dozvilo.com promptly. We may not be able to change an order after it has shipped.

If an order is delayed, lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong product, email support@dozvilo.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide a remedy in line with applicable law. We do not currently collect import duties at checkout; customs or carrier charges may be requested on delivery. If that happens, contact us so we can investigate your options. Any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment.
